Terms and Conditions
Please include all information on the Order Form to assure proper shipping and billing.
Merchandise cannot be sent to P.O. boxes. If merchandise selections are out of stock, it will be indicated on the packing slip. Back-ordered items will be automatically shipped when stock is replenished.
All prices are “per item” unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without notice.
Damages/discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Returns must have an R.A. (return authorization) number. Call The Steinway Collection Customer Service for return information. Please send a copy of packing slip when writing, or returning any package.
All stocked merchandise currently available can be found in the catalog sections of the website.
Ordering Online
While browsing through the online catalog, add selected items to your shopping cart. You may view or modify your cart contents at any time. When you are ready to place your order, click checkout, follow the instructions and your order will be submitted. An order confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail.

Payment by Credit Card
All orders must include a credit card number.
Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. We realize that speed of delivery is very important. If you have an event in the near future, indicate on your order form the date your selected merchandise is needed and every effort will be made to accommodate your request. Additional shipping charges may apply.
FedEx Ground
Most orders for in-stock merchandise are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via FedEx Ground from NJ. Allow an additional 2-6 business days in transit, for your order to be delivered. Custom orders may take 2-4 weeks.
FedEx Air
Overnight, Second-Day and Three-Day
Overnight, Second-Day and Three-Day orders must be received by noon Eastern Standard Time and will ship via FedEx Air from NJ. Additional freight charges will apply and will be determined at time of shipping. We can not guarantee expedited shipping on orders received after 12 noon EST.
Deliveries to Hawaii
Shipments to Hawaii require Second-Day or Three-Day delivery via FedEx Air. Additional shipping charges will be incurred.
International Shipping
IMPORTANT: For International Shipments you will be quoted a FedEx real-time shipping rate for final invoicing, If a valid address, postal code, country state/province, etc. is provided with your Steinway Collections order.
If FedEx is unable to quote a real-time rate because of incomplete or invalid order shipping information, the following International Shipping rate chart, based on your merchandise order's monetary sub-total, will be used to calculate your invoice shipping costs.
An Order Confirmation email notice will be sent to you prior to shipment, summarizing your total merchandise and shipping costs.
PLEASE NOTE: Customer is responsible for applicable International Duties and Tariffs due upon receipt of order.

Types of information we collect
